Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using DualShot ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the App Does
DualShot lets you record photos and videos using your device's front and rear cameras simultaneously, combine them into layouts (picture-in-picture, split views, circle mask), and save or share the results. All processing happens on your device.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), resell or redistribute the app.
4. Free Features and Pro Plans
The app offers a free tier (1080P/30fps recording, picture-in-picture and side-by-side layouts, watermarked exports, up to 5 minutes per recording) and paid "Pro" plans that unlock 4K/60fps, additional layouts, watermark removal, unlimited recording length, batch export and local encryption.
- Weekly subscription — $0.99/week. Auto-renewable; charged to your Apple ID.
- Monthly subscription — $2.99/month. Auto-renewable; charged to your Apple ID.
- Yearly subscription — $19.99/year. Auto-renewable; includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged the yearly price.
- Lifetime — $29.99 one-time purchase. Unlocks Pro features permanently on your Apple ID; not a subscription.
5. Subscription Terms (Apple-standard)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can restore previous purchases on a new device via "Restore Purchases" in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we do not process refunds directly.
6. Your Content and Acceptable Use
You retain all rights to the photos and videos you create. You are solely responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws when recording — including consent, privacy, and recording laws that vary by jurisdiction (for example, some regions require all-party consent for audio recording). Do not use the app to record, store or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing or invasive of others' privacy.
7. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content other than the limited license above.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that recording will be uninterrupted or error-free (for example, recording may stop under thermal or storage pressure), or that any footage will be captured or preserved. Do not rely on the app as your sole means of capturing critical or legally significant footage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost footage or lost profits, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this URL.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

3. 许可
我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用，前提是遵守本协议及 Apple 媒体服务条款。你不得复制、修改、反向工程（法律允许的除外）、转售或再分发本应用。
4. 免费功能与 Pro 方案
本应用提供免费档位（1080P/30fps 录制、画中画与左右分屏布局、导出带水印、单次最长录制 5 分钟），以及付费 Pro 方案，解锁 4K/60fps、更多布局、去水印、不限时长录制、批量导出与本地加密。
- 按周订阅——$0.99/周。自动续期，通过你的 Apple ID 扣费。
- 按月订阅——$2.99/月。自动续期，通过你的 Apple ID 扣费。
- 按年订阅——$19.99/年。自动续期，含 7 天免费试用。若在试用期结束前至少 24 小时未取消，将从你的 Apple ID 收取年度费用。
- 买断——$29.99 一次性购买。在你的 Apple ID 下永久解锁 Pro 功能，非订阅。
5. 订阅条款（Apple 标准条款）
- 确认购买后，费用计入你的 Apple ID 账户。
- 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅将自动续期。
- 续期费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内按原价扣除。
- 你可随时在 iOS 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 中管理或取消订阅。删除应用不会取消订阅。
- 购买订阅后，免费试用期未使用的部分将自动失效。
- 更换设备后可通过应用内「恢复购买」找回已购项目。
- 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，我们不直接办理退款。
6. 你的内容与合理使用
你对自己创作的照片和视频保留全部权利，并对其内容承担全部责任。录制时你须遵守所在地法律——包括知情同意、隐私及录音相关法规（部分法域要求录音取得各方同意）。不得使用本应用录制、存储或传播违法、侵权、骚扰或侵犯他人隐私的内容。
7. 知识产权
本应用及其设计、代码与品牌标识归我们所有并受法律保护。除上述有限许可外，本协议不授予你对我们商标或内容的任何权利。
8. 免责声明
本应用按「现状」及「可用性」提供，不作任何明示或默示担保，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。我们不保证录制不中断或无错误（例如设备过热或存储不足时录制可能中止），也不保证任何画面一定会被成功采集或保存。请勿将本应用作为采集关键或具有法律意义画面的唯一手段。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及数据丢失、素材丢失或利润损失承担责任。我们的累计赔偿责任不超过你在提出索赔前十二个月内为本应用支付的金额。
10. 应用与协议的变更
我们可能不时更新本应用及本协议。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受。最新版本始终在本网址提供。
11. 适用法律
本协议适用你居住国家或地区的法律（不考虑冲突法规则），但当地强制性消费者保护法律另有规定的除外。
