• All functions run 100% locally on your device
• All content you create (text, hidden sound, hidden images, invisible QR codes) is stored only on your device
• No data leaves your device unless you choose to save or share it via iOS system functions
• Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data created by Hidden Mark

4. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions only when you actively use related functions:

• Camera: For taking photos to embed hidden text or scan invisible QR codes
• Photos: For selecting images from your album to process locally
• Files: For saving and restoring hidden sound files

All permissions are optional. You can deny them without affecting core functions.

5. Third‑Party Services

• We use no third‑party SDKs, analytics, ads, trackers, or social services
• Payments are processed exclusively by Apple In‑App Purchase

We do not receive or store your payment details.

6. Children's Privacy

The app does not target children under 13. Since we collect no personal data, it fully complies with COPPA and GDPR for minors.

Your data is protected by iOS system security, sandbox, and device encryption. We cannot access, view, or modify your data.
